When it comes to mental health, if we have depression, anxiety, bipolar, or anything, it can dwell on us. Some days, we may not be able to get out of bed or find enjoyment throughout the day. I know I've been there many of times. Whether you're unemployed, working, or go to school, here are some of my tips on what you can do to help you slowly get out of the mental funk.
