This post is a little bit more different than my regular posts. Last night, I was really feeling at my lowest due to personal issues. So I typed down everything I was feeling, in a poem sort style, about how I feel when it comes to mental health, mainly depression and anxiety.

If it's one thing that truly tested my self love this year, it's having Bell's Palsy. If you're unaware, Bell's Palsy is a condition that makes one side of your face numb or paralyzed.
